Our services are always custom designed to meet your personal, professional or organisational development needs. The solution options include coaching and learning programmes.
Coaching - Coaching is a solution-focused relationship where the coach facilitates a process for the client to increase their awareness about their goals, obstacles, strengths, opportunities, choices, actions and consequences. From this level of awareness the client is then able to make choices which are smart/wise for them and from there develop and implement appropriate and relevant action plans to achieve their objectives.
Coaching options include:

- Group Coaching
- Laser Coaching – this is a popular and unique service where the coach is on retainer and the client calls the coach when they need them for on-the-spot, highly-focused coaching sessions, typically lasting 15 minutes.

askacoach.com – This service has been designed to provide low-cost quality life coaching to anyone, anywhere, via email and/or phone coaching. With rates starting as low as $39.95 inc GST per session, www.askacoach.com is a great way for anyone to access their own personal coach at any time.
Learning Programmes – Our learning programme design process begins with a comprehensive Scope of Work interview, where we explore together your requirements and objectives, cultural considerations, individual and group dynamics, how the learning connects (or could connect) to your organisation's vision, mission and values, and any/all information which could be used to co-create an exceptionally impactful learning programme which delivers measurable results very quickly.

- Individual and Group Performance Metrics
- Learning and Development
All of our learning programmes include post-training event coaching or other follow-up mechanisms to support the participants to fully utilise the learning in their practical environments. Studies show that with this follow-up activity, approximately 70% of the participants become more productive/effective. Without follow-up the figure is reduced to 30% or less.

Although coaching and learning programmes are our primary services, it's not all we do.
We also offer the following:
- "Playshops" – We're not fans of the word, "workshops" as we prefer to have a bit more fun while we learn.
- Teleclasses & Webinars – Creating learning opportunities which are not restricted by geographic boundaries. This can also be quite suitable to large teams spread out around the globe.
- E–Books – We have written nearly a thousand learning documents in e–book form, ranging from 15 to 300+ pages. Often we will create documents under our client's branding to allow the client to integrate the material into their longer–term learning and development strategy.
- Audio and Video Programmes – Similar to E–Books, we can design and deliver learning content through a variety of multi–media platforms which may be suitable to your unique environment and needs.
- NBI Whole Brain Thinking Profiles – We are licensed practitioners for the Neethling Brain Instrument Whole Brain Thinking profiles.
